The user acknowledges that all information provided will be used by the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) for the purposes of administrating the program. The user guarantees and is responsible that all information provided is correct. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Federal Government will have the full access of the supplied data, for statistical and audit purposes. The user acknowledges and agrees that all information and/or pictures submitted may be used by the CISC for promotional purposes.
Specific answers related to Equity Deserving Group questions shall be used by the CISC and will not be shared with the employer. The employer shall only be notified on whether the apprentice has identified in one or more of the identified groups or none. Aggregate data related to equity deserving groups shall be provided to the government for statistical purposes.
