A Company with less than 499 paid employees at time of enrolment
Have not yet hired the apprentice for the specific trade (before signing Enrolment Agreement)
Enrol online with the CISC
Has completed and signed the Enrolment Agreement
Employer completes one hour diversity training after enrolment
Submits copy of apprenticeship agreement with Apprenticeship Authority for given hired apprentice
Provides electronic banking information for payment
Has newly hired apprentice enrol and complete questionnaire in program portal
